That’s the same email a lot of us in chip hold got a few weeks back.I received an email yesterday stating-

Thanks again for placing your 2022 F-150 Tremor order. We're working hard to assemble your vehicle, but it's going to take more time than expected to finish it.
We want to make sure it's assembled right, so we will be performing quality checks (right...), inspections and tests before it's delivered to you. ... yada yada yada.

The In Production date was 4/2/22, for probably the simplest Tremor in the country, 400A plus 36ga tank and tow pkg (ordered 12/27/21, VIN 1/6/22).
Anyone know if the email verbiage indicates that my truck is now sitting on a lot in MI awaiting chips? Or is this a canned/automated thing, if the VIN doesn't roll off the line after five days of Prod?
I received the same email last night, my truck has been in production for a few weeks too. I'll check in with my dealer to see if they have any more info. because they told me earlier in the week that they expected it to be delivered to them the last week of AprilI got a similar email yesterday- my truck has been in production for a few weeks now.
Yep, my dealer also told me they expect late April. Let me know what you hear, if you don't mind. Biting nails here, lol.I received the same email last night, my truck has been in production for a few weeks too. I got this email last night as well. Then this morning I got my “Built” email with an ETA of later this month. Hard to tell what Ford is doing any more.I noticed an email from Ford Motor Company in my inbox yesterday, and got all excited that perhaps the Tremor I ordered on Feb 22nd was starting to move along. Nope. A lot of words in the email that don't really say anything but "not anytime soon..."

Some interesting tidbits about rail industry lately, not sure if bad or good re auto deliveries, but hopefully the latter! Thanks for posting.
You're welcome. It's been a frustrating process. Ford should be communicating this to help alleviate some of the aggravation. I know a few retried railroad employees and they say current employees are stressed and a lot just DGAF.Some interesting tidbits about rail industry lately, not sure if bad or good re auto deliveries, but hopefully the latter! Yep, same in world of industrial- lot of stress, overload, and unfortunately some DGAF, as folks crumble under the load, or are just warm bodies collecting checks, since the 2020 layoffs. Lot of seasoned knowledge lost over the past couple years. But let's not think about the Ford plants..You're welcome. It's been a frustrating process. Yeah, construction side here and it can get pretty tense. Hard to keep morale up these last couple of years.Yep, same in world of industrial- lot of stress, overload, and unfortunately some DGAF, as folks crumble under the load, or are just warm bodies collecting checks, since the 2020 layoffs. I’m in Construction/Mech Engineering and I’m very concerned about the future of the industry. At 36 it’s not uncommon for me to be the youngest guy in the room by 20 years. Lot of talent and knowledge aging out and not being replaced by the next generation.Yeah, construction side here and it can get pretty tense. Hard to keep morale up these last couple of years.
I teach high school, trust me when I say we're screwed.I’m in Construction/Mech Engineering and I’m very concerned about the future of the industry. It's going to be wild in the next 20yrs. The trades really need to bump up the recruiting efforts and pay definitely needs to increase.I’m in Construction/Mech Engineering and I’m very concerned about the future of the industry. Don’t worry, I’m making sure we will have at least one that knows how to work.I teach high school, trust me when I say we're screwed.
I’ve got a little brother who is early 20s, I’ve tried repeatedly to teach him to weld, got him set up for an interview with a big commercial Electrical Contractor, no interest. Frustrating. It's going to be wild in the next 20yrs. The trades really need to bump up the recruiting efforts and pay definitely needs to increase.
I told my wife that I wouldn't be ashamed if our son became a plumber, electrician, welder etc. Damn good money and a rewarding jobI’ve got a little brother who is early 20s, I’ve tried repeatedly to teach him to weld, got him set up for an interview with a big commercial Electrical Contractor, no interest. Doing the same, and with ya. Take every moment to explain things to little ones, whose minds need wired for know-how, problem-solving, critical thinking, gumption, and dare I say, common sense.Don’t worry, I’m making sure we will have at least one that knows how to work.
Plan to at least prompt mine towards the same, Texican.I told my wife that I wouldn't be ashamed if our son became a plumber, electrician, welder etc. Damn good money and a rewarding job
