Just got back from a 3 state trip pulling my ‘69 Airstream Tradewind. 3300 miles, 3 states, 4 national parks and no problems (well, other than the rock that got thrown up through the trailer front window by a passing semi in Needles, Ca in 124 F heat. That sucked).

Pulled like a dream. Had the truck since March and loving it.

Averaged 13.8 MPG which was pretty good, as we climbed fro sea level in Ca to over 7000k feet to Santa Fe and back.

Nice! I pulled a similar weight to Big Bear from sea level. The truck towed like a dream up and down various steep grades. Zero issues & zero concerns. Also did some nice off roading, this truck does it all.

Where in Santa Fe did you go? Was it Hyde Park, or were you closer to the Pecos National Forest? I may have seen you drive by as I live just north of Santa Fe. Beautiful area. Just watch out for the elveation as it'll kick your butt if you don't pay attention.

13.8mpg!? Pulling 5200lbs? It’s that the 3.5 or 5.0? I pulled similar load in a cargo trailer to WV recently and was getting 8-9mpg…

13+ MPG while towing that? Wow..

I haven't towed my trailer with my Tremor yet but the 21 3.5 eco boost I just traded was consistently 8-9 mpg towing my 7000lb GVW trailer.

Buying a 6,250 pound trailer GVW around 8,000. Any Idea how much the back will squat? All factory suspension as of now.
