+20 vs +1 offset. Tire Clearance issues when articulating?

I'm shopping for wheels and tires and ran into a possible concern. I've been looking at wheels with either a +20 or a +1 offset.

Here are some photos of @Puckett88 's Tremor with 295/70R18 tires and +1 offset Fuel Rebel wheels. I like the look of the +1 offset, but I'm concerned about tire clearance. I'm wondering if the tires would contact the fender when articulating with this set-up. I'd just hate to find out the hard way. Does anyone have experience with this?

Digging this up from the grave but did you ever confirm articulation clearance with this setup?
