I've been an avid Ford fan my whole life and I just ordered a vehicle for the first time. Originally ordered a 2021 Lead Foot, Torsen on 9/30. Reordered as a 2022 Atlas Blue, Torsen on 10/28. I've attached a copy of the order sheet.

MSRP = $73,735
X Plan = $68,627
Exclusive Cash Reward (marketing flyer I got in the mail) = <$2,500>
TOTAL = $66,127

I think I got a decent price considering the market. And now, we wait...

Ya, I think you got a great deal!

I have heard... do not know for sure... that the spray in bed liner takes an extra 3 or 4 weeks on delivery time frames. Again, might be something to do aftermarket? Might be just fine like it is. hopefully someone with more knowledge than me can comment.

Congrats,

You did great, and it's awesome that you got a PCO for the additional $2500 off.

Our builds are almost identical except I went w/agate black, standard B&O (not the unleashed), and I don't have the active assist co-pilot or bed utility package. My X-Plan pricing came in at $65,855 and MSRP on my build is $70,680.

I tried all the typical "marketing algorithm" gimmicks and check boxes to try and generate a PCO prior to ordering, but no luck... Maybe I'll be able to get one once I have a build date and can use it when I take delivery. Do you have any idea what triggered yours?

Not 100% sure how I got it. The only thing that I can figure is that I bought a new 2020 Ford Expedition in December last year. This may have got me on the mailing list to receive that PCO.

No don't go aftermarket. Totally worth he wait. The Ford liners are literally the best for the truck. They back it in and they get all under the bed rails and no over spray. It totally worth the wait

Looks like its scheduled to build the week of 11/29! Not bad considering I ordered the 2021 on 9/30 and reordered the 2022 on 10/28.

**NOTE: I changed from Atlas Blue to Antimatter Blue. It was just tough to decide on Atlas Blue without seeing one first.

I ordered 10/18, 2022 antimatter blue. Still haven't gotten a production date. So congrats

Mine is also scheduled for production the week of 11/29.
I ordered mine on 10/29

I worked with my local dealership on October 1..... No details from Ford / dealership with build information.

For the tremors what is the torsen part of it???

Well, today (12/1) is the blend date for my new Tremor! My window sticker still shows Atlas Blue so maybe the requested change to Antimatter was not applied to my order. The dealer said this change would be applied before production, but I'm starting to doubt that. Oh well. Still excited.

What is the blend date exactly?

Here's a little information I found online. I'm open for correction if this information is wrong:

From what I understand, blend is the point where the chassis and body meet on the assembly line to go through final assembly. The work on the body and chassis has already begun a few shifts before this date. My blend shows "20211201" so my Tremor is scheduled to go down final assembly on 12/01 (today!).

The number next to blend date is the rotation number. This is the main number production workers pay attention to. It is the master sequencing number. ex: 2625 will blend after 2624.

Thanks for the clear explanation.(y)

nice, you need to post pics (especially if atlas blue as it might be the first)....I also ordered atlas blue and have only really seen pics on SD trucks but it looks great, I bet tremor will be really nice with that color

BTW I believe that you can't change the color once VIN is created (it has the color in the VIN I think)

I did my aftermarket through my dealer and it was done in a day.

I had this same thought and concern about the VIN. I actually went by the dealer yesterday to ask this exact question. The sales manager said that the VIN does not specifically reference the color and will remain the same. He also assured me that the window sticker would be revised and it will in fact be painted AMB. When I got home, I noticed my window sticker was no longer available. Maybe he’s right. Maybe it’s being revised to show AMB. Time will tell…

Another update:
Tracker is showing "built" on 12/7/2021 and is currently awaiting shipment. ETA is listed as 01/02/2022
