I have my fingers crossed for a few more colors.Any idea what the changes will be between the 21 and 22?
If you don't have a build date for 2021, then you'll have plenty of opportunity to make changes on your 2022 since you'll need to effectively order it again.I guess it’s too late for me to change anything on mine, but I was curious as to whether or not I’d missed out on something new and exciting.
Lol, then this forum will have an extremely limited membership but will be worth huge money in 50 years.Just thinking…
Hmmmm…. What if there is no 2022 Tremor? You know, like what happened in 2014.
Supposedly the build week is 10/18, but that’s according to my dealer and whatever he’s able to see. According to the tracking it just tells me the order is confirmed. I’m just hoping I didn’t miss out on anything by ordering it so late when I could’ve just waited another month to order. If you don't have a build date for 2021, then you'll have plenty of opportunity to make changes on your 2022 since you'll need to effectively order it again.
Nice! Maybe mine will too. I never would’ve figured things would get pushed ahead. Is there any way to find out that information other than through a dealer?Ford Performance just confirmed my build time has bumped up a week. From 10/18 to 10/11.
Yes, ignore the dealer completely and go right to Ford Performance. You can call or email your order number and vin to this email address: [email protected]Nice! Maybe mine will too. If you have a retail order, you should have received an email with tracking/status information and VIN. I'm not sure how to do it with a dealer stock order.Supposedly the build week is 10/18, but that’s according to my dealer and whatever he’s able to see. I’ve got a 4 digit order # and the VIN. I never got any tracking or status information other than the dealer telling me that it showed a build week of 10/18 on their end.If you have a retail order, you should have received an email with tracking/status information and VIN. Ugh...that sucks man. I know they did some adjustments to scheduling last week because guys with 10/18 build were being moved around. So likely you just got the short stick when they did the rescheduling. It's probably based on your dealers allocations and priority number. So, oddly enough, I called Ford Performance and their system shows my build week is actually 11/8 and the status hasn’t been updated since August, which was when I ordered it. So either the dealer was dyslexic and read it wrong when he told me or he simply fudged it a few weeks. I’m hoping it gets pushed up. That’s super frustrating. I likely would’ve kept my other truck a little longer had I knew then what I know now.
I figured the used market was going to start going down which is kind of what prompted me to sell it when I did. A 2015 with 200k and I was pretty satisfied with what I got out of it. More than I probably would in another month so I guess I should just be happy. As far as the dealer goes, they aren’ta huge dealer like Woodhouse in Nebraska. It’s a small town dealer, but they move a lot of cars. I don’t remember what priority numbers they told me mine was but I’m pretty sure he told me it was the highest it could be. He did actually give me a number but it’s been three weeks and I don’t remember. I don’t think he was making it up. I literally had a VIN a few days after I placed the order. Just a bummer. Might have to go through deer season truckless! I’ll be a head turner with one laying on the roof of my wife’s escapeUgh...that sucks man. The longer I hold on to my Raptor, the more money I lose, so I'm hoping for a speedy build too.

Yeah that really sucks. You definitely need a truck for that nightmare of a project. I’m glad mine is over. I hope you find building more enjoyable than I did! Mine was a daily driver too which is why in 6 years it had so many miles on it. Thankfully I had access to a beater I can clunk around in while I wait. I was afraid if I would’ve kept it much longer I was going to have to start dumping money into it at which point I wouldn’t have been all that motivated to get a different one.Haha....yeah, you do what you have to do!
I really wanted to sell mine early too, but didn't receive my VIN for like a month after I placed my order. I just can't be without my truck given it's my daily driver, our only truck and doing a bunch of work on our property getting ready for a new house build. I didn't want to bother with buying something temporary on this market either. So stuck waiting. Sucks because I had to buy tires and rebuild the shocks. Waste of money for trading it in, but I need to be able to drive it.
