2023 production update

Just received the production delay email. Major bummer. Anyone else recieve it?

Ah okay I was 7/23/22 and didn’t get one (yet). Seems odd to be sending out delay emails with 45 day updates, when 23MY trucks haven’t even started being built yet, let alone even being scheduled for build lol

Scheduling was supposed to start 1sep.

Seen a couple of those emails, I think they are canned emails they send. That said I hope it goes faster for you fella's! I am hoping mid Sept for mine at best!

Ford cannot build complete MY22 vehicles. There are thousands that have been built in the last six weeks missing chips/parts sitting in holding lots. It is not just F150s, it is all of their models. How are they going to start MY23? Ford has had some time to figure out the supply chain but they still suck. If you are new here, check out some of the signatures of forum members. Assuming Ford's mismangement and lack of disemination of valid information does not change, some of you are in for a long ride.

My guess is I’ll get my23 in 24 if I’m lucky. That’s why I put my order in the day they started taking them. My current truck is a 21 trail boss so I’m in no rush but excited to get rid of this lifter eating truck when the time comes.

I was hoping that the production schedule they released was on point and they had caught up for the most part.

Its a canned email, set to send on an automatic 45 day schedule. Many people have received them when their vehicles were in transit to their dealer.
