This really pisses me off. The main reason I bought the truck was for the updated headlights.
Anybody have any experience with Ford on getting something like this replaced under warranty?
Truck only has 30k kms on it and is garage kept. These are clearly defective.

I had the same issue with my '23 401a but as time went on it went away. Colder weather is on the way where I live so we'll see if it comes back and if it does I'll be in the same boat as you.

Definitely take it to the dealer though and show them these pictures. They can lookup if this is a common issue and will prob get you a new set on the spot.

Good luck.

Light housing have a vent. Perhaps check to make sure it’s not clogged up with mud or gunk to let it breathe.

Ford is definitely not going to warranty that, as you determined from the manual. It will go away though as the weather dries out

As stated above, ensure vent is not blocked/clogged. This happens when temp changes quite a bit for me on my 23 but will always clear up quickly.

Looks like I gotta tear it apart just to get to the vents.
I'll pass.
Thanks (y)
