Hello everyone! Ordered '23 Tremor with 5.0 V8 402A package in the new Avalanche color!!

I also included Torsen Front Diff, B&O Unleashed, amongst other options.

Is it normal for the order confirmation email to not include any of this? especially the Torsen Front diff?
I want to make sure the Dealer ordered it correctly and they insisted there's no way they can screw it up because it's tied to the Order Code in the preview invoice.
Anyway for me to verify this myself?

What was pricing?

It was $65530 before taxes, Z plan pricing. Granger's 3% under invoice pricing came very close to Z plan. If I didn't have access to Z plan, I wouldn't hesitate to go with them.
Z plan was little over 4% under invoice..

I got 5.0, 402A, 360 camera, interior work surface, auto start-stop removal, trailer tow pkg, b&o unleashed, partitioned lockable storage, torsen diff, bed utility, boxlink, spray-in bedliner.

I've always wanted a good sounding V8 so was actually planning on getting a F-150 Lariat until Ford announced that 5.0 was going to available on Tremor. I have nothing against 3.5 and I think it's a great engine, but I like the potential for lower maintenance.. and possibility of adding a supercharger down the road. I'm willing to forgo the extra torque and power for the V8 sound (and probably worst mileage too lol)

I think it’s one of the better V8s on the market so not at all a bad choice! (Hopefully less maintenance, that cylinder deactivation scares me a little haha)

Just want to say congrats on the new Tremor buddy!! Have had mine now for almost 2 months and love it! Just wondering what your dealership is telling you for a rough delivery date. When I ordered mine at end of March I was told maybe in the fall I would receive it but to everyone's surprise I got it in 8 weeks. Dealership couldn't explain how I managed to get mine so quick when they still had multiple orders from last Oct and Nov with no dates in site for those people. Great choice and I had that 5.0 engine in my other truck and l loved it.

When I ordered mine at end of March I was told maybe in the fall I would receive it but to everyone's surprise I got it in 8 weeks. Dealership couldn't explain how I managed to get mine so quick when they still had multiple orders from last Oct and Nov with no dates in site for those people. Great choice and I had that 5.0 engine in my other truck and l loved it.

Dealer couldn’t tell me expected delivery date. Their disclosure paper did say expect 6+ months for delivery.. so I’m not expecting it anytime soon. Especially with 2023MY not scheduled to start production until 10/10.. I’m already adding at least 3 months to my wait before it gets real .

I did order it from a small town dealer too so we’ll see how that goes.

I know everyone says to go to high volume dealer to get the best chance but I’ve also heard the opposite due to those dealers having too many retail orders.

I’m hoping I have a better chance at low volume dealer but we’ll see. They have been very easy to work with, no BS fees, no add-ons, etc.

Well I wish you luck on your order and hopefully you receive it sooner than later. I have had nothing but luck when ordering through my small town dealers. Back in 2016 a new color of Go Mango was released for the Dodge Challenger and I placed an order. Was 1st in Canada to get that color. Than like I mentioned fluked out somehow and got the Tremor in 8 weeks. I have the opinion that these Tremors are the best looking trucks on the road especially after a few add ons! I'm sure you will enjoy yours as much as I do mine! Cheers

Great color choice! Just curious, why do a lot of folks on here have mud flaps. Is it a location thing? Or a requirement? I’m not a fan at all, but I don’t see many in Texas.

Here in Alberta, Canada it is actually a requirement on trucks and people have received tickets for not having them. Silly law but Canada is full of silly laws lol!

I thought that might be the case. Stinks if one isn’t a fan of them. I’m not a fan of the front license plate law in Texas, but for the past 10 years or so I haven’t had one. I don’t like it blocking the airway in the bumper. And I think it just looks bad on any vehicle

With you on the front plate deal! Looks horrible but here in Alberta we don't have them, other provinces in Canada are required. Alberta is the Texas of Canada...oil, cattle ranches and a shit load of pickups lol!

Are the front plate bracket on F150 drilled on to the bumper or clipped on?

Don’t think I’ll be able to avoid dealer not installing it here in TX but wondering if I can remove it clean afterwards…

They are clipped on. I’m in Texas and my 2019 f150 bought new, the dealer didn’t put the front plates on. My 22 Tremor the dealer(another dealer) didn’t put the front plate on either.

Much as I love my truck, I'd consider trading it for a 5L. Call me hard-headed, romantic, etc. Love that engine.

Congrats on your order! Thats exactly how I received my confirmation as well. I also went with the 5.0L engine. I went with a local dealer here in Los Angeles, CA but just requeted a quote from Granger as well. If the pricing makes sense Ill go ahead and place another order through Granger.

Just curios, have you received any other emails from them ever since placing your order?
