2023 Tremor F-150 Transmission Fail Part II (Maybe they used V vs ULV during flush????)

Did they use V or ULV based on this Ford paperwork? Any experts on Ford paperwork? Both V and ULV are in the attached paperwork. Help?

Not an expert but looks to me like the first is the cost of the flush which would include up that many quarts of V. But then they actually charge for the ulv fluid and would expect that’s what they used. Again just how I would interpret that, not based on experience or actually knowledge.

I could be wrong but perhaps the lower cost fluid is what was used during the flush and afterwards, they switched to the proper fluid.
