2025 tremor skid pates and 35’s

I had a 2021 tremor and just traded it for another 2025 tremor. My 21 was leveled (2“) and put nitto recon grapplers (325/65/18) without any difficulty. We ordered the same tires to do the same for the new tremor but the new bumper/skid plate design now won’t allow these same tires to fit. Anyone else run into this issue? My dealer is saying easiest fix is to cut the skid plate and re-powder coat it. Pictures attached of new skid plate setup.

Just went through this with my 24. Skid plate is currently off. I didn't know it was going to rub until I drove off the lot.

Had I known I would have gotten smaller tires. I was pretty rattled about it since they knew at the dealership it would rub.

I never thought of powder coat after cutting it though. I guess it'll rust if I don't paint the cut part

Its pretty minor trimming, more of an annoyance than anything.

From what I understand it is steel.
