2024 Tremor Coyote Iconic Silver 402A
Saw a YouTube review of the 2025 Tremor and it’s odd that it is losing and changing some stuff. First, it’s losing the door keypad (now dealer installed option). Then I noticed it lost the power adjusting steering wheel, got black speaker covers, moved camera, traction control, and hazards to the radio cluster of buttons, and shutters to the front bumper opening.

I don’t think I care for those changes and I’m glad I got the 24 model, for at the very least the door keypad.

Until the TREMOR gets the high end / Dynamic LED headlights again, it’ll always be considered less of a vehicle compared to the 21 thru 23 TREMORS.

I do wish mine had the dynamic headlights like the Lariats and up, however I like the grill and bumper of the 402a better than the previous years. I don’t have anything to compare the new led headlights to but they seem really good still.

Every year something gets deleted and the prices keep going up. I have a '23 and had to add my heated steering wheel, interior lights, and digital temp read out knobs. Wishing I had blue cruise that was deleted from me. But as far as the 21-23 vs 24+ models, I definitely like the grill better on the 24+ and the fact it has HUD, but everything else I'm so so happy I got a '23 (or maybe wishing I got a '22 or even '21 haha).

The door keypad is one of the biggest reasons I keep sticking with Ford. If they make it more difficult/pricier to get moving forward, it'll definitely open my options up to other makers. I use that thing all of the time. Not saying it'll make me move on, but one less advantage for Ford for sure.

I use the door keypad all the time because I dont carry a key while running. I open with the keypad and lock with my apple watch.

Yes exactly the same reason I use mine a lot too. Makes running so much easier. I also lock mine by pushing bottom two buttons together a lot as it’s easier than getting my key fob out of my pocket. Of course these are all minor inconveniences but still a frustrating deletion for sure.

Tip: bottom two buttons at the same time lock the doors 😉

I prefer to buy new so I can know and be in control of servicing, vehicle history, etc. Once I take possession of my imminent '25 that's it. There will be no 26, 27 , 28 or anything new at all until or unless current trends, not just with Ford and their feature deletion, but the regulatory environment in total sees meaningful change. If this truck gets stolen, destroyed or has to be lemoned, I'll only be looking at the used market for '25 or older vehicles and that's across the board for all my vehicles.

I hastened to buy a new half ton sooner than planned because I noticed the trend lines. The manufacturers and federal regulators can pull their collective heads out of their asses or go broke/to hell. Let it all burn.

I gotta think they make these changes because of parts constraints otherwise it makes no sense

Some of the last few posts above this one look a little odd, as if they are from earlier model years or pre production of some sort.
@Wangchung83 's post shows a photo with the power adjust steering column which indeed appears to be gone for 25.

There was a YT look over of a '25 402A production truck posted yesterday, here's a link and a screen shot showing the power adjust is indeed gone.

So is it a manual adjust now?
