Has anyone installed either of these sizes? I see most people go with 35 1250s, but I’m looking for a little more narrow and tall look. I can’t seem to find anything with pictures in the search function.

All personal preference, but 20 inch wheels aren't a popular option around here. Probably going to be better off with Google image search.

I’m running 295 55 22s front and rear on ford performance 44mm offset wheels. They just barely fit with all stock suspension, but honestly I wish I had gone slightly smaller. I don’t have stock suspension and it’s been a trial-and-error challenge to eliminate rubbing.

I'm running 295/65R20 KO3's on Fuel Rebel 6 20x9 +20mm offset, essentially 35's. I have RC 2.5" lift (level) and still get rubbing on the front/rear crash bars, just before full lock in either direction. I've been looking at ICON for possible lift solutions but most applications are 2.5"-3" over stock height. I would have to look at 4"+ lift kits as I need to sit higher than my current 2.5". If you do however stick with 33's, I don't think rubbing will be an issue. Here it's slightly turned, but you can see that there's not much of a gap between the wheel and the wheel arch.

Not that it helps now but 34.4 and 34.8 at that offset will fit without rubbing, your tires are just over 35”. You can do the crash bar thing and loosen them, pound them outward with a hammer, and retighten but I’m not sure that will get you enough room.

A lift only helps at ride height(unless you Really lift it), get on a trail or hit a bump while turning a they will still rub.

You have any balance issues with your KO3s? I’ve had mine balanced 4 times in the 6 months I’ve owned them, and I still have vibrations at highway speeds.

Yeah, I expect as much. But currently most of my driving is on level pavement/ground and not really seeing full (or much) articulation of the suspension arms. I'm far from committing to a true lift at the moment, but I'd like to avoid any cutting/trimming of the crash bars. That seems to be the popular route for many people when it comes to clearance issues. I guess we'll see when it becomes a need that requires filling :ROFLMAO:

I have not ran into any balance issues at the moment. But I probably only have less than 5K miles on them....so...I'll have to let you know.

Could it be the alignment? My tires weren't well-aligned for a while and wore unevenly leading to a nice vibration at highway speeds (usually around 73MPH).

No alignment issues. My front end is right in spec. The vibration is currently from the rear tires. I’ve gone to 2 different shops and every time I’m told the weights were wrong. They balance out, it drives fine for a couple hundred miles, then the vibration returns.
