Hey All,
I have a 2022 401A (no 360 degree camera package). I love the rear camera and would love to add a front camera for visibility when cresting steep hills. Does anyone know if this is an option ?
Appreciate any insights - Thanks !

I can't give you the answer you're likely after - an integrated 'factory-like' plug and play camera addition. But, I do know there are ALL SORTS of aftermarket camera options out there on the market. Folks use them for front, rear, trailer, etc. cameras. Most come with their own display or tie into aftermarket head units with provisions for cameras. There just might be a way to get one integrated into your factory display - maybe there's even a factory input for it. That would be slick.

Good luck!

Thanks for the response !

I'm thinking of reaching out to the dealer and see if they've ever done such a thing...

Sorry for the late response. I never found anything definitive. The dealer was stumped and that went nowhere. I think I recall a post somewhere that someone had attempted it but with little success.
So far as I can tell there's no factory looking solution.
On a side note, while following a dozer track at Fort Hunter Liggett on an ever increasing downhill slope, I stopped just short of no return. I will keep looking for a solution !

So 401a has no front camera or front parking sensors?

Mine does not, and I did think I was getting one.
The only forward looking sensor is the anti-crash red screen that flashes when it thinks you are going to hit something in front of you.
