Has anyone seen this yet?? I ordered it from Eliteracefab.com but haven’t gotten a tracking number yet.

If it’s anything like the 73mm BBK unit, it was a huge pos from everyone I’ve read that installed it.

The throttle body is not the restriction and you will need a tune to properly utilize it. You should run a datalog sometime and watch your throttle body close above 5000 rpm at full throttle input.

If the PCM calculates with the airflow from the turbos, timing and fueling has enough to satisfy load it will close the throttle. Meanwhile keeping more pressure in the charge air cooler.

One of the last things to throw on my build before the bigger turbos... but I agree you need a tune and more air to make the throttle body actually an upgrade. I have those :]

IMO spend your money on bigger turbo’s. The throttle body isn’t a restriction in a forced induction application.

For a good build to check out running a stock throttle body Gen 3 Ecoboost truck check out BoostkingMatt. He’s running a set of Gen 2 Garrett Powermax Stage 2’s 600+ hp at 5k elevation in Colorado. The truck is stout. No throttle body mods.

Turbos are exactly what I was thinking.

This looks more promising than an enlarged throttle body or changing out turbos:

This with a nice big set of turbos on the ends of them!

I may or may not have a set of CR Performance manifolds on my truck and I cannot confirm nor deny there’s an episode on them coming out tomorrow. Haha.

I'm not so sure I trust their numbers here, something is fishy. The MPT tune says a roughly 60 hp gain on stock truck tune in this listing but 120+ with manifold yet MPT markets their 93 PRX tune at 120+ without the manifolds listed. Seems like marketing disinformation.

Also, if one is pulling the manifolds they might as well swap turbos while in there. I am sure 600+ whp is a blast in this truck.

Which company and product are you referencing? CR Performance are currently in-process of developing their 2021+ exhaust manifolds, however, my experience is they are a very transparent company.

I stand corrected on the 120+ but I swear I recall them advertising the 21+ 3.5 at 120 whp gain on a stock truck. As a matter of fact, I could swear there is a video and dyno claiming 500 whp.

Edit: Found one on the Tremor, 130 whp gain.

I believe you’ve ’quoted’ the wrong person; I didn’t provide any links.

For context, CR Performance quote ~20hp and ~40tq for the 2013-2016 generation. I also did turbo adapters and a Raptor exhaust conversion, so I can’t say how much just the manifolds have produced but I can say the overall performance is noticeable, though mild.

Guess I did. Either way, those manifold numbers they provide along with the MPT tune is not mathing. I am sure they free up power but I am not confident in the numbers quoted.
