The subject says it all, my kids like it, wife doesn’t but as kids say she doesn’t like anything.

Do I stick on today and have no ragrets, or shell out $350 and get painted to match?

I do have matching aero design rear roof spoiler unpainted which you can see matches with panels and I do have similar black plastic trim on my front roof lights.

I hope your wife likes you at least. As always my vote is color match or it just looks like something you stuck on there. Do you plan on getting the fender flares? If so you might be able to get away with all of it not painted to tie it together.

Someone on the Bronco forum added these and he got mostly hate comments. I kind of like the rugged look of them. I ordered a black truck, so probably wouldn't paint them. On the silver, I think color match is the way to go.

I would definitely add the flares and paint it all if I went that direction, especially on lead foot. Overall not my cup of tea, but more so not my cup if not paint matched.

On occasions she likes me lol, I am going to get fender flares and most likely paint to match so I think I’ll hold out to paint them all together.

Here’s a pic with both painted to match fender flares and slightly different rocker panels. I like the finished look better.

Thanks for feedback.

Agreed, paint to match it is!

Thanks for feedback

I do like rigged look but know I will end up getting fender flares and know I prefer painted fender flares to bare so I will do both painted to match.

Good call to paint i think. I think lead foot is one of those special colors where everything looks better matched. I obviously like the unpainted look in my case, but it is very much a color by color basis.

On that colour, I would paint to match. I think Oxford White and maybe the Atlas Blue are the only ones I wouldn't or consider not paint to match.

Have you had a chance to install these? I was curious how you likw them.

I park in underground garages in DC and Ive been nervous about coming back to the truck to find someone leaving me a door dent. Do you think these panels would give me some peace of mind? I was thinking of matching color to oxford white

I'm not sure who you're asking, but I have the rockers on. I think they would help at least some. I have 3 little boys and they keep them from banging into things lol

Awesome, thanks for the insight. Do you get the feeling that if cars parked next to the truck swings their doors into you then these panels would catch most of them before they reach the aluminum hopefully? Are these poly panels completely rigid or do they flex a little?

Yeah for sure. I've had my wife hit them in her SUV lol. They're pretty rigid. It's like a hard polymer/plastic.

Paint it !!!
Some dip shit swiped my drivers side right underneath the rear passenger door where pick up bed is joined so its gotta ago to the body shop anyway so I will get them painted and installed at that time.

I got em on. They are prett rigid and have enough buldge and flex to catch and absorb inbound doors. I think theyll give me peace in mind in some of these city garages i park in. Was a little wary about using the tube of polyurethane adhesive plus the 3M tape, but oh well. These will do the job.

The unpainted go great with the white, add unpainted air design fender flares to complete the look.

Any chance you know which fender flares these are?
