I wanted to add an ARB compressor I had laying around to my 2024 Tremor. There is quite a bit of real-estate behind the back seats so I fiddled around until I came up with this.
Still need to wire it to the Upfitter switches but that should be pretty easy.
I did machine my own "manifold" which I thought would save some space. Not sure it is needed though.
The mount itself is 3d Printed in ABS. The small bracket you see is part of the ARB compressor mount itself.
I used M8 bolts to mount it to the cab wall. I drilled holes and installed Stainless Nutserts. Biggest problem there was the lack of space between the wall of the cab and the bed. Could not drill the hole all the way with a step bit, so I went as large as I could and then slowly increased the size one bit at a time. I also had to modify the Nutsert for the two locations on the right as they were too long due to one of the ribs on the bed. I did not look for Nutserts that were shorter as I already had some on hand. Maybe there are some shorter ones available. I did have to buy a new Nutsert tool as space for my regular one is limited. It would be fine if you remove the back seat entirely but I did not feel like doing that.
I will use the wiring harness which comes with the compressor and use one of the upfitter switches instead of the one from the kit.
This is my first time posting anything like this so feedback is always welcome.
