B&O Inleashed Issue

Have the B&O Inleashed… So this morning got in the truck and turned it on. All the speakers made a super loud pop/bomb going off sound. Then all the speakers were making a crackling sound. Thought for sure the speakers were all blown. Turned it off and back on, still nothing but the crackling sound. After several minutes started playing music from my carplay? Anyone else experience this?

B&O Unleashed Terrifying Problem

So I've read about this problem on the other forums quite a bit, but hadn't seen much here. Essentially there is an issue with the Unleashed sound system where there will be a constant popping/crackling noise at full volume, and the volume can't be turned down or off until the truck is parked...

Also several threads on the GEN14 forums. It's an issue that's becoming more common, no acknowledgement from Ford

People that have this happen are encouraged to file a complaint with the National Highway Safety Board. Some people have said they were driving down the road when it happened and it scared the hell out of them.

Happened to me the other night. Ford is installing a new APIM for me so hopefully this resolves the issue....hopefully
