Anyone ever installed a BDS 4” kit on a 21-22 F150 Tremor? The website says it is not compatible, yet there is several trucks on YouTube running the 4” and 6” BDS system. Thoughts? Opinions? Any help would be great!

Long term goal is to do the 4in. Bds kit eventually. I think @Fozzy is running the 6in. Kit currently. Not sure that we ever got an explanation as to why it isn't compatible yet. Far as I know, no problems have been reported.

Yes, I have the BDS 6" kit. There is no brackets to re use the skid plates. The rear brake lines on the Tremor are different, so there is no drop bracket for them. The Tremor has the brake lines ran down the center of rear diff with the trail turn assist stuff. The regular F-150 the brake lines run down the drivers side to the axle tube. I have not gotten around to making a little drop bracket for the rear brake lines. They will be tight at full droop. Rough Country has a 4" kit that keeps the skids from the pictures I have seen. I still have not gotten the cameras recalibrated. I have been waiting to get 2500 miles on my truck and take it in for its first service, recalls and recalibration all at once. BlueCruise still works, but it does struggle with the larger tires and offset wheels. When the road is rough it kinda ping pongs you down the lane. When the road is smooth it seems to do ok. I hope this gets better with the camera recalibration. But I think the big tires and extra rotating mass is to much for the steering rack and sensors to deal with.

What is the camera recalibration? Is that just for BlueCruise? I have a 2019 F350 with an 8” lift and 38’s and never did any kind of camera recalibrate

BluecCruise and 360 camera view for sure, maybe more. But even the 360 camera view can be off. If you see multiple parking lines as you turn into a spot or overlapping lines. Or it parks you heavy to one side even though the camera shows you are in the center.
