I think I'm at a point in my design I need to decide on a few things. If anyone has fabrication experience (especially with aluminum extrusion) I'm all ears. I think you'll get the general idea from below. I'm currently considering 80/20 standard 1020 with some 1010 then skinning it with either wood or hdpe. My two trouble spots are the fridge and fridgeslid are easily 150-200 pounds full and the cabinet needs to support the torque. The second issue is the drivers side bench needs to function as a step for a yeti...
