I have been researching the best suspension upgrades for the Ford F-150 Tremor over the past few days because I want to improve ride comfort, off-road capability, and overall handling. I’ve read reviews and owner feedback from sources like Motor Trend, Car and Driver, and various F-150 owner forums, and these two suspension setups are consistently recommended as top options:

Original (RAS®) Road Active Suspension 3611-YHD
https://www.amazon.com/Roadmaster-Active-Suspension-3611-YHD-Fits/dp/B09DFRX6XT
KSP 2-4inch Upper Control Arms Compatible with F-150, Suspension Kits Tubular
https://www.amazon.com/KSP-Compatible-Ford-F150-Replacement/dp/B07T7VH9V6?th=1

Both setups are praised for better off-road performance, improved damping, durability, and ride quality compared to stock Tremor suspension. However, I’m having trouble deciding which one would best suit my needs and would really appreciate expert advice.

My F-150 Tremor is used for daily driving, highway cruising, occasional towing, and weekend off-road trips (trails, sand, light rock crawling). I’m looking for a suspension that offers good on-road comfort, better control off-road, and long-term reliability without making the ride too stiff.

So which suspension setup would you recommend for my use case? Any real-world experience or suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Helper springs and control arms will do exactly zero for improving anything you said you wanted improved.

That said, I've been very happy with the Eibach ProTruck 2R setup + 1/2 solid lift spacer in the front.
