Is trade in best right now or private sale? The market is so stupid I don't know what is best.

Dealerships here are hurting bad, that could be a good route.

Most dealerships are hurting bad. The problem is, they are the same ol same ol when it comes to trades. They want to charge up to $30,000 over sticker (around here) for some models, but still won’t even pay fair trade value for something. I understand increasing prices a little based on supply and demand, but I find what they are doing to be extremely unethical! If they want to charge over sticker for something then they should expect to pay over book for the trade.

I’d hit up the online companies like vroom and givemethevin to get a baseline. Can also hit CarMax if you have one close.
