Has anyone blacked out the chrome F150 on the fender badge? Curious what options are out there. Thx!

That looks good, too bad we can’t get an overlay for the f150 chrome.
My bad. Forgot about the flag. Lol. If you zoom in I have a star white overlay on the top part of the f-150. I have another set of them,so this summer I may try hydrodip again or just black paint.

I did the Copper Metallic overlays from TVD Vinyl. They help cut down on the chrome, but because of the angles of the chrome lettering, you still get lots of reflective light in the sunshine.

If you really want to do it and don’t mind some effort you can pop the fender emblem off and completely dissemble it. Each letter is just plastic welded/riveted on so you just have to dremel or otherwise remove enough of the mushroom to get them off. You can then reweld them or secure them some other way. I have not done this but I have seen it done/end products
I did this. Just glued them back on one by one. It's not hard, just takes patience and a couple of days between painting and reinstalling.

The easiest, fastest, cheapest, and cleanest way is to use Zep Degreaser. People use it to remove chrome on plastic on a lot of things.

I was going to try it because I don't like the chrome either. I just haven't had a chance, but I will try it one of these days.

Tried Hyperdip looked good but did not cut around the letters when peeling, which exposed the chrome. Back to square one. How difficult is it to remove the F-150 letter welds? Might go that route.
