New accessory rail from Built Right coming soon. Maybe it's something we could get a group buy going if we had enough interest.

Looking for a way to add storage and utility to your F-150 or Raptor without losing the functionality of your bed? The BuiltRight Bulkhead Accessory Rail (BAR) is something we've been using ourselves for nearly four years. There's just no better way to add extremely flexible gear mounting capability to the cab wall of your truck.

  • Based on Aluminum T-Slot Rail - Easily reconfigure in seconds!
  • 10ga Brackets w/ Oversized Tie-Downs
  • No-Drill Bolt-In Design - Installs with just a couple hand tools
  • Made in USA. Lifetime Warranty

Man I am torn!! I was really set on putting a Decked drawer system in the back; but don’t think this rail from built right will work

Also putting an RSI cap; so going this route would save some bed space vs the drawers
Decisions decisions

I like them a lot and that would give even more space to add stuff.

Where did you get your RSI cap from? I have a buddy who ordered one 6-7 months ago and still hasn't received it.

Saw this and was interested. I have a retrax cover, so the can is there. But I was wondering about installing these rails in front of the can, or to the can, so i could make use of it. I had wanted to do this in some way before and was thinking about attaching aluminum blocks to drill universal MOLLE panels into, to do the same thing these rails do.

I'd be in for a group buy. Rail + panels.

Supposed to be delivered in January; ordered in July

There was a delay in their Texas fab shop that caused delivery delays

ooooo i think i like that better than the pelican cargo cases with the boxlink tiedowns

Thats what i did. Rsi n builtright. Same idea for space.

I've got the RSI cap and this looks like a great idea! I have the Built-rite drivers side panel already.
Just wish the Built-rite stuff wasn't so expensive

very cool accessory. I'm debating installing a diamondback cover with storage box near cab, so this wouldn't work for me. I wish i lived in a more rural area so i could leave the bed open. If i leave my bed exposed everthing would be instantly stolen.

edit: i am going to install side molle panels from builtright. love their stuff

If anyone's on the fence, they have their black Friday sale going; I got a little carried away -

Yeah looks pretty much the same as what I did, I didn't do the interior panels yet but the rear panels, MOLLE pouches and extra mounting brackets etc.

I wasn't sure about the interior panels, but I'll see if there's enough space behind the rear seat to use them with a slim MOLLE pouch.

Someone on here has the interior panels attached to the rear of the front seats, great place to store items for kids or pets among other things. The rear panels are extremely useful, I keep most of my straps and so forth in the pouches. You can mount shovels, axes, jacks, etc to them.

I have the Velcro panels on the bottom of the rear seat and love them, but I’m thinking of replacing them with these strips from Bartact for maximum options. I’d definitely be in for a group buy on that BAR though!

Just an FYI, I asked them why the T slot extrusion was 2 pieces and not one and they said they are moving to a solid piece soon because there is a little flex with the 2 piece design…….

Haven't installed mine yet, but will probably throw some straight line connectors on the opposite side for good measure. I doubt I'll ever put enough weight on it where the flex will be an issue.

Glad I didn't buy it yet. Definitely waiting for that.

Installed mine yesterday, had to trim it by ~1/4" due to the bedliner. There is a bit of flex, but not sure if it'll have any real impact. They seem to have good support and a lifetime warranty, so if there are issues due to the flex I'll reach out to them.

I thought about just replacing the rail with a solid piece, but a 6' triple-profile is about $116 on McMaster-Carr so not really worth it unless it ends up being an issue that BR cannot help with.

If I was looking at them now, at or near full price, I'd hold off for the solid piece.
