Custom Front and Back Ford Emblems

Has anyone removed and installed new ford emblems in a different color? Can you walk me through that process. I can’t decide if it’s worth it to install these below, or just black it out with a tinted sticker.

I just went through the process. It's in my build thread. You need two-ish days of dedicated time in my opinion, that's what it took me to do the emblems and a few other items, and I'd say I have above average experience/knowledge (but not professional) with painting.
