Just the facts.
Dec 6th: Picked up my custom ordered 21MY F150 Tremor from Granger motors.
Overall a good experience. The assigned sales rep isn't great at getting back to you but he has the answers when you do get to speak with him. I immediately noticed several issues from the build process.
This in itself sucks. I understand Ford pushing to deliver vehicles but there is a point that a product becomes a tcorpuv (almost everything is the same just put together wrong)

Dec 23rd: I took my punch list to Town and Country Ford of Nashville and spoke with Taylor the service advisor, gave him the list and he informed me it would be 3-4 days and asked me to bring it in first thing in the morning the following Monday.
Dec 27th. I arrived @ 7:40AM, dropped my truck off and he informed me it would be 3-4 days and probably less. Again, cool.

I called for a status update Tuesday evening ~4:30 and left a message. No reply. I called again ~ 10:30AM, Wednesday. No reply. I called the main number at the dealership got transferred to service and the woman said a technician was looking at it but Taylor would call back to give an update. Attemtped to call Taylor this morning (Thursday) ~ 7:45AM, no answer. Called service, "Taylor will call you back", Left a message on the service manager's voicemail telling him I would be picking my truck up in an hour. Called Ford customer service. She called the dealership and after 25 minutes connected me with Taylor who told the CS rep he told me that my truck wouldn't be looked at for at least a week since his tech is on vacation.

Now I'm not the easiest guy to deal with but when you tell me something, be clear, honest and try to be accurate. When you lie to me, I get more than a little pissed off.

Dec 30th 9:30AM: I picked up my truck, Taylor was very polite and took take of making sure I got my truck, quickly.

There are now 20 additional miles on my truck and the service paperwork clearly states that visual inspections only were done (by tech 171) and no work performed. To me, it seems Taylor wanted a loaner car for a week before his technician got back from vacation.

I would not recommend Town and Country Ford of Nashville.

I'll keep this updated in hopes I find a reasonable dealership in the area.

That sucks so hard... sorry that happened to you.

What are your next steps?

Next step is to try another dealer. While the guys at Granger were nice, I'm not sure anyone wants me in their city for a week while my truck is being worked on. That generally leads to Rum shortages and broken things.

After going to downtown Nashville this past summer I can only imagine.

Sorry to hear brother. I know it’s frustrating. Let us know how it turns out.

It pisses me off when you buy something brand new and it doesn’t work like it is supposed to. Add that with the fact that the company that sold it to you doesn’t really care and it’s pretty defeating and more than maddening. For what it’s worth, mine has rust under it, the tonneau cover seems to let an unreasonable amount of snow in (to me), and there is no air blowing out of my rear vents. I hope you get it all sorted out without very much additional headache.

So I took my truck into the last reasonably accessible Ford dealership near Nashville (Gallitin) which is about 30 miles away from me. I'm happy to report one of my as-built items are actually completed (reverse braking assist) and with that, I'm guessing my trailer assist issue. I won't be able to check that until next month. They also ordered the correct matching front bumper insert.

My blue cruise is still drunk, seat has worked itself into working properly, sliding window defroster hasn't been used again.

I'm not sure if it's absolutely stupid to be so excited that something was actually completed but I am. I'm hoping they are responsive to my drunken blue cruise after the message I left today but at least it's something.

I'll keep posting as things progress... Albeit 8 months later.

Good to hear you found something fairly close by that sounds as if they are willing to do their job.
