Dealers going above and beyond.

Yesterday Friday the 13th I picked a screw up in my tire, so I went straight to the dealership and asked how much to patch it. They looked and confirmed it was repairable and then told me that they would do it under warranty. They even said that had I had lower mileage on the tire they would have replaced it all together.

I’ve yet to find a dealer like that.

I just took mine in for an oil change and asked that they investigate a knocking noise coming from the front left when going over small bumps. I specifically told them that the noise was there BEFORE I put the coilovers on and to please investigate before just telling me that it’s because of the “aftermarket lift kit”.

Yes sir, this is the dealership. We have the oils change done and the truck is ready. About that noise, the tech drove it and says it’s because of the aftermarket lift kit.

I had to remind him that it was there prior to the lift. That was a week ago. Truck hasn’t moved in their parking lot since.
