I want to run 35s on my tremor, do they make 4.56 gears for the front with the stock lockers?

35's run fine on current setup, to go to something that low you would absolutely trash your mpg. You would have to check with Ford or torsen if your talking about the torsen front, but you would also need to change the gears on rear as well. The reason Tacos and Jeeps run low gears like that is to compensate for lower power and torque. The only thing I would consider changing on this and only if you intended to do some serious rock crawling would be the overall low range. Changing the gears that low would make it twist axels rather often. Again though JMO at the end of the day it's your truck and you build it to suit you and your needs. If you do indeed do it you'll have to check with Ford and torsen for the parts most likely.

I had a 03 f150 went to 35s and it killed the power, had 3.73 went to 4.56 and it was awesome

what about 37s? or am I just breaking stuff in the front end then with 37s

The 03 only had 275 hp and 300 ftlbs of torque, this truck has 400hp and 510ftlbs of torque, the 03 would be the same as the jeeps and Tacos, that's why you needed it, this truck you really don't need it for 35s or 37s, with that much torque already and going to that low of a gear you would need to beef the front and rear axles, just saying. The 03 is a completely different truck than you have now.

what about the 5.0L coming in 2023? I might trade in

The 5.0 has 400hp and 410 ftlbs of torque, so still considerably more than the 03 had. But if you custom order and you think you will need a lower gear than the 373 on the order form you can get an optional 410.

I went 37's and was thinking I might re gear to 4:10's. But the 10 speed make up for it so easily. After towing my boat, SxS trailer and just general driving its pretty good. Milage sucks ass, but not much worse than any other EcoBoost running 35's I have owned.

I was hoping you would chime in on this, I almost mentioned you as a reference.

Going with 37s, do you think the truck can handle this tire without major issues...going with 35s on that 03 I was going though ball joints and wheel bearings like crazy.

I know the reliability will surely suffer but these truck are better build now

Haha, that's just Pay to Play stuff and part of the Lifted Life. If that bothers you then why even lift it? Now add CV an CV boot problems, especially if you do a big level even with 35's. Wide, heavy tires and wheels kill front ends, even on solid axle rigs. I would say 37's are a bit much for a half ton. Especially since I beat my stuff a little more than most, but so far so good. I worry about the electric power steering more than anything. I went with 37x13.50's on -25x10 wheels. It's a little to much, but anything less the truck just looked stupid IMO for a Show-N-Go build. It's like skipping leg day. Where as a 2" level, 35's on a +18 wheel looks clean.
