Picked up a set of Rotiform STLs and 34x10.50r17 KO2 tires, hoping for a slightly bigger tire than stock, just to find out these so called "34's" are an inch smaller than factory. Word of warning to anyone looking into these tires!

You have no leveling kit right? I'm thinking about doing 18s with 34s with no level. No rubbing on yours?

No rubbing, no level, they're an inch smaller diameter from factory tire for the KO2s.

Do you think they would rub if they were true 34s?

Honestly not sure

Honestly not sure. As far as I know, BfGoodrich is the only manufacturer that makes the "34" tire. Not sure about metric though. I'd be willing to bet though without a level, true 34's would probably rub.

Mickey Thompson and a few others do make a 34" tire. Also the LT 296/70/18 is a 34x12, for most companies.

Maxxis Razr MT 285/75/18 on a level kit. Fit perfect. Basically a 35x11.5/18

Most tires vary in actual diameter among size classes. For example, a lot of 35's are actually closer to 34.5". Something you need to pay attention to in the spec sheet when choosing tires.

BfGoodrich labeled these as a true "33.5'" on the spec sheets, I would have assumed at least that!
