Anyone hear anything about electrical issues when tremors get front end damage? my 21 tremor was hit by a deer in January and had about 5k damage. Took the body shop a couple months to get the repairs done but then couldn’t get the headlights to work properly. They sent it to the dealership I purchased it from and now they have had it for a couple months and can’t get the lights to work. Talking to the manager he told me there is an issue when just tremors get hit in the front end they have electrical issues. This is insane that ford can not fix my truck! They keep changing headlights and nothing works. I got rid of a sierra denali cause it had so many issues and now I get a ford and they can’t fix it. No idea when it will be fixed and only way I know they’re working on it is when my cord app sends an alert Which is once every couple weeks. Any ideas?

Man that sucks. I don't know of any issues. What package do you have? Maybe have them just upgrade to LEDs if you don't already have them. Just a thought.

I have he 401a package. They have swapped the headlights a few times. One time the led C lights came on but no hi beams. The next swap no led C lights but had low and hi beams. Next time they swapped the lights and they all worked for 10 mins then stopped. SMH

My guess the body shop messed up the wiring harness and it's either shorting out or bad ground, it's definitely in the wiring, why they don't replace that part of the harness is the question.

i agree but the dealer telling me that this is an issue with tremors made me a bit nervous and I would hope that ford would think of that too and change it but as of right now the truck just sits with no progress

Honestly, I think your dealer is feeding you BS to cover the fact that they cant figure it out. The only electrical difference up front on a Tremor from a regular F150 would be the lack of the active air dam. Wiring harness for the lights is the same as all F150s.

If your calling the active air dam the flaps in the grill, my 2017 had those. And it was an xlt fx4

those are grill shutters. Air dam is below the bumper, and became motorized in '21. Your Tremor will still have grill shutters.

Ahhh ok I don't see that on mine due to the fact that it has a front license plate holder on it because I live near the TN/VA line and VA requires front license plate. So most of that is blocked and instead of removing it I just used it to personalize the truck some more.
