Yeah I was disappointed with the Ford tracker that the common man has access to. It doesn’t tell you much.

I've seen them from some of the Raptor guys. It gets better once your production day starts, but yeah....BS until them. You'd think the Ford Performance guys would be bitching about it with as much as they are hassled.

Yeah I wasn’t really expecting much help or enthusiasm from the Ford Performance people considering I wasn’t buying anything and just needed their help. Turns out the guy I talked to was super friendly and said call back any time and they will check on it for me. He said some people call every day haha.

So now that I have a VIN, I tried out the tracker. scheduling info sucks. Seeing what Ford is doing for scheduling and bouncing people around, I would expect nothing less. That said, I drilled down into my options and saw this

I'm pretty sure that FX4 is only because the site isn't updated but it sure does help stoke the conspiracy theory of it being an FX4 package.

So the Torsen 4.1 is referring to a bias ratio. effectively the amount of power that can be sent to a wheel with traction. so 500#/ft tq= 100#/ft tw to the slipping wheel and 400 #/ft tq to the wheel with traction. So thinkning about a spool (full lock) it can only split the power equally. I guess the Torsen can deliver up to 80% of the delivered power through some Davinci Magic.

The dealer or ford performance parts. you can call/chat with them and they'll let you know the status of your order. Unfortunately, I haven't seen anyone with a CA order scheduled.

My dealer is ok but I hate bothering them all the time like some kid on Christmas eve. I will check with Ford performance, thanks! No CA orders makes sense since I have yet to see one in the country yet.
