Ford F-150 Rattler will be unveiled tomorrow.

Ford CEO, Jim Farley teased a new F150 Rattler will be announced tomorrow. Any thoughts on what it might be?

My guess is a shorter wheelbase Tremor. Regular cab, short bed or super cab short bed. Rattler goes along with Tremor as for sound type a Tremor rattles things. The shorter wheelbase would improve the offroading ability greatly. Jmo

Not sure if the info on Yahoo is accurate but if so, it sounds like the Rattler is based on the F-150 XL trim with a few FX4 components and some unique styling

It kinda sounds like the Tremor I chose. Base price was around $51000. Add a few things and I think I’m at $56000. Go with Granger at 3% below invoice and the $2500 gift from Ford I’m back down to about $47,000. I did drive the Bronco at an Off-rodeo and really liked the hill decent control. I’m not sure what niche they are trying to hit.

I’m afraid Ford is spread a bit thin already. I’d like to ask them to put their efforts and resources into getting caught up with our trucks, a complete build, no shortcuts before they go building another model. Geez.

Seems like it's most just an appearance package + dual exhaust. Was there mention of available power trains?
