Ordered the adapter. It didn't work. No power to the connectors. It must have been the wrong plug or a bad one. Wasn't happy. Hopefully Starkey will accept a return.

I have the LED one and it works fine — look and see if all the pins are seated. I wonder if it’s is miswired — pin to wrong hole. Also double check your wiring just to be sure.

Hopefully Starkey will send a replacement right out .

I tested the plug on the truck and the power is definately in a different pin than where the plug adapter has it wired. My truck is a 401A and they are LED reflector headlamps. I guess I am not sure how that differs from LED headlamps but they are not halogen for sure. The plug adapters are for halogen or LED. No other options. Very dissapointing. Now, the additional wiring instructions from f150leds show the correct wiring diagram.

I have 402A LED headlights — yeah IMO it’s worth saving the factory wiring from splices.

It taps into the DRL. So whenever the DRL is inluminated, what ever you wire into those two wires will also illuminate.
