Ford Pass Activate Issues

Has anybody had Ford Pass activation issues?

My ford pass has a lightning in it and no activation button.

I’ve called Ford CX, and also chatted and got multiple explanations from:

Your truck is too new and it needs 10-14 days for that to show up.

It’s a known issue that engineers are working on.

Maybe they forgot to install the modem.

Just putting some feelers to see if I’m alone here ir if there’s actually a known issue.

I've had Ford Pass activation issues since I got my truck in October. My basic symptoms are that I can request activation thru the application on my iPhone, but I never see any acceptance or approval notice on the truck display. I've been back and forth so many times with support, as well as multiple service departments. The service department where I bought it has had it since mid December and put me in a Powerboost loaner. I believe at this point they've replaced the network module (or possibly APIM), and apparently had it working until the other day when the Ford Pass system nationwide was down. No update from the advisor since then.
