My truck was due to be delivered last week, but didn't happen. Called Ford customer service and spoke with Jessica (who was awesome btw) and provided me an update on my status. At the end of the call she informed me that I had a "Ford special financing offer" but didn't have any details beyond that. Jessica provided me with a certificate number and said to pass that along to the dealership.

Question for the forum, have you heard or received this? If so, anyone know what the offer entails?

Thanks in advance!

I did but Ford delivered my truck after the expiration of the $2500 off. Kinda pissed me off but life goes on.

That's no bueno! Still waiting to hear back from my salesman on what the offer entails, but I will be ecstatic if it is a $2500 rebate.

Mine was 1st quarter of this year and at that time it was anywhere from $1500 to $3000 if my memory is correct. Add my $2500 Ford incentive to the Granger 3% under invoice and 2021 prices and my 400A truck would have been right at $47k.

Let us know what you find out!

0% for 60 months or 1.9% for 72 through Ford with top tier credit.
In the past those finance deals have not applied to the raptor or tremor. I would double check before banking on that.

I was told by my salesman that the offer is tied to my specific VIN. But I agree with your comments, these promos typically exclude the Raptor and Tremor trims.

Edit: Ford marketing fibbed 😑...

I called Ford Marketing (same options 0% up to 60mo & 1.99% for 72mo) and they said the special financing does include the tremor I ordered, it may be tied to order date as well as vin. *It is tied to order date but it is for every model except raptor/tremor as per the usual*

Same for the cash offer I have 500-2500 (they didn't have exact amount) but confirmed multiple times it does not EXCLUDE the tremor.

I had multiple PCO's 1st quarter this year up to $3k that all expired... So it was a relief to get some more $$ that isn't excluded due to model.

Maybe they finally decided to include the tremor since it's stupid not to, it's just another trim.

1 (800) 334-4375

Just say private cash offer or something like that to the automated system.
That number didn't work for me, seems like a generic customer service number. Maybe the automated guy routed me to the wrong place, but the person I ended up speaking to just told me to contact the dealership about financing.

I had luck with that number last week, I think it depends on the rep. you get.

I asked about the status of my order, then following that disappointment I asked if she could see if there were any offers tied to my order - ended up being the military discount $500 (knew about), and 0%/60mo financing offer (did not know about); she even gave me the offer code and said to pass it on to the dealer if I wanted, but stated it was already tied to my order.

I called again and started with getting my vehicle status. After getting the estimated delivery date I asked if there was any special offers or financing and she seemed confused and checked online and said to contact my dealer. Not sure what's going wrong, maybe this person doesn't have a clue, I think it was the person from my first call actually.

i called also and the guy (Anthony) seemed confused also and check with my dealer.

I believe you need a ford pass account (free) to be eligible for any 'marketing' type materials like PCO's (private cash offers) or special financing. I edited my original post also, mfs at Ford reneged on the tremor included comments. Shouldn't be surprised their heads were up their asses.

For those saying their PCOs expired before their truck was delivered, was the PCO in effect when you ordered? I thought for all Ford offers you are able to choose from what was available when you order or what is available when truck is signed for; either/or and customer gets to choose. I am banking on using my $2500 PCO I had when I ordered my truck, even though it has long since expired

So I had a 750 PCO at time I placed my order which was valid & a new 750 PCO (500-2500 was the potential lmao) so it was a wash ..

I had a $3k PCO that I received shortly after my order that wasn't able to be applied unfortunately.

Tbh I don't know how ford operates 90% of the time lmao ... They used to read 'at order or by pick up' so if you received it after you ordered but didn't pick it up, it expires
