Forscan…where to buy? What to buy?

Being a Rover guy i am
Looking for guidance on the best retailer to
Purchase FORSCAN and the appropriate interfaces that will allow maximum connectivity and configuration.

I know laptop is preferred method to interface, laptop specifications will help
Me as well….

Is it compatible with a Samsung Galaxy Tab or other handhelds?
