Don't think it's much diff with the 25's but there's a load in:

I didn’t know there was such a thing as DRL tail lights.
I learned something new today.

Double honk and temp digits are selectable settings in the truck now so you don’t need Forscan anymore

Totally agree about the DRL tail lights. So, changing this will turn on the running lights in the tail lights as DRLs?

Yes. On a 402a the "rim" leds on the tail will be illuminated at any time DRLs are on.

I learned something new today.

I believe on the excel it's called something like "include as drl"

I would like to crack the code on this one without having to have a trailer connected. My wife has a Hyundai Palisade and the one feature I actually really like is the camera activation when you put your signal on.

With the 2025 Expeditions/Navigator having the feature for blind spot assistance it may be closer to a possibility than in the past. I would compare the info related to TSV there and see if anything might help trigger it. This has been a request for a long time on the other forums.

There's a manual side view camera option for 21+ in forscan but so far i havent been able to get it to work on mine (research points to a core update that doesnt happen OTA) It's just another card in the camera options/both at once though so not 1:1 with the blind spot function of the newer SUVs but "closer"

So, I just took my first stab at FORScan. Definitely wasn’t too bad. I do have a question that was not evident to me….

I did the “remove black box on reverse camera” mod…it says to reset the APIM. How do you do that??

I don't know if the option is there for all modules, but on some of them there is an option at the bottom (I think) when you run the module. Pretty sure for the module you use to change tire size it says something like "Rest xx Module", or something like that. I'm sure someone waaaaay smarter than me can provide a better response.

No, it's a different procedure.

Disregard my question....figured it out. Not sure how to do it IN FORScan, but you can do a soft reset of the radio which is the equivalent to resetting the APIM.

But, I didn't even have to do that. I let the truck sit all night and it reset itself. So, I no longer have the black box in the rear camera view.

Successfully made the following changes last night:

- Bambi Mode
- DRLs - including parking lights (rear tails come on with DRLs)
- Walk Away Lock
- Walk Away Lock Audible Feedback
- Turn Signals Flashes (changed to 5 flashes)
- Removed black box on reverse camera

Auto start/stop has already been disabled by other means.
Double Honk disabled through setting in my truck.
Seat belt reminder disabled by another hack.

- Probably going to do Global Windows Open/Close

That's about it for now.
