Ordered a 401a at the end of March. Only ever received an order confirmation from Ford. Since then I have been doing Car Guru searches for trucks close to what I ordered every few days. Most dealers I called said things like “that one is sold”, “that one is on chip hold”, “that one is available at MSRP+$10k”. Then I called a dealer in Northern Minnesota that had one. Same trim, same color, most of the same options. “Is this available? Yea. What price? MSRP. Ok, I’ll take it.” Flying up Thursday then 1,200 miles back to NC over five days to enjoy some of the Midwest.

Look for them! They’re out there!
