Front wheel well liner catches on tire in reverse with turn angle

So I barely consider this a problem, but does anyone else with stock suspension and stocks tires experience this?

When backing up and turning the wheel, I here like a click click click, or like a hard flap flap flap, I watched myself and my friend slowly backed up in a turn and found out it is the carpet like wheel liner catching on the outer most nub of the tire. I tried bending the liner in but it did it again this morning, so apparently it went back to it's normal form.

Just curious if anyone else has experienced this.

Same here. Only when full lock counter-clockwise on the wheel (tires pointed left). Same as you I have tried to bend the wheel liner, but it always goes back to the same place.
