Had this issue happen twice the last few weeks.The temperature gets below zero here in Minnesota the interior door latches won't open the door, leaving you basically stuck inside.
The exterior handle seems to work fine still and I was able to open the window to open the door, but the last time my window was also frozen shut.
I ended up pulling hard enough on the handle to get it open but then the latch wouldn't engage at all and my door would pop open.
Local dealership hasn't responded to my emails yet.
I found this thread on the other forum and will be trying it as the temps will be getting very low over the next week.

Just wondering if anyone else has had this issue yet?
If not, be forewarned it's frustrating to say the least.
I have also found through the forum that remote starting the truck will warm it up enough to work properly, and yes I would love to have a heated and insulated garage, but I do not.
