Getting the rear door warning message is annoying — but i understand

I’m appreciative of a good door seal, but my God I’m tired of getting the message that my one of my rear doors is open.

If they shut the door too much harder, it will be like the Subaru commercial from the 80s.

I have a funny story about that. When I first got the truck on the first night, I do all my checks to make sure the inside lights turn off. Could not for the life of me figure out why they would not turn off when I locked the truck. Was ready to take it back to the dealership but finally realized it was the rear door being slightly opened. You could barely tell.

And yep, even on my 2020 Expy, I have the same issues with the doors. Have to shut it with just little more force.

Lol - yup. The worst is when you putting something in the back seat area and get the message after jumping in up front — for me it usually at the grocery store.
