Going from a GR Supra to a Tremor

Good day all. I will be selling my 2021 Toyota GR Supra 3.0 to Carvana this Saturday and placing an order for a 2023 Tremor in Antimatter Blue. Love the Supra, but I'm a bigger guy and it's just too claustrophobic on the inside, plus Carvana is offering me several thousand more than I paid for the Supra. I've owned several GM truck over the years, but this will be my first Ford. Super excited!

Welcome to the forum! I was really close to picking up a Supra a couple of years ago as the performance is really impressive. However, every time I sat in one I felt the same way. What motor do you plan on getting in the Tremor?

100% regarding the Supra. Plus I smack my head on the roofline almost every time I get into the car. As far as engines, 3.5 Ecoboost all the way. The low end torque from boosted vehicles is just too addicting. The 5.0 does indeed sound better, but I'd rather have performance over sound.

Good choice. Just save up an additional $15,000 for the required mods.

AMB is a gorgeous color, I love mine, but just be aware that every little speck of dust and fingerprint will show.

I can't answer this, but if you've ever seen AMB stealth weapped....it is one of the coolest colors I've ever seen on a vehicle.

Yea that expel stealth wrap is awesome looking. Too expensive for me atm. Need to put that money into racks/covers/drawers

100% agree, just pointing out, imo, that color has the most potential with stuff like that. Great choice for them.

Been a lot of years since I've owned black vehicle, but it's pretty bad. Wife shuts door via edge instead of handle, and I find myself over there with shirt pulled up, wiping prints. Any water drops left after washing make it look like a leopard. Ordered myself a Griott's XL PFM towel for drying, game changer. Gorgeous color, high maintenance if you like a clean truck.

Yeah, tell me about it. It is rather expensive. I debated about just doing the front clip and the rocker panels in the clear gloss. The shop did a small test patch of the stealth for me to help make the final decision. I ended up going with a full stealth wrap. It did hurt the wallet quite a bit. I figured I had already spent way more buying this truck than I have ever even thought about a vehicle before, so I might as well get what I want. It also gives a little added protection from rock chips and pinstriping.

That along with all the little mods here and things are really adding up. I still have quite a few things I need to install. Been debating on the whole suspension thing. I will probably wait and see what the feedback is on the Halolift option.
