Hard down shift

This week i have noticed hard down shift/slack in the transmission. It seem to be around 3rd gear what has been the fix if any. It is a 2022 with around 63000 miles

 

[Escape Hatch]

From what I have read;

1. Transmission fluid and filter change
2. Resetting learning/adaptation tables
3. New Transmission flash tune from one of the big three tuners.
