Heated front seats no working

Hey All,

Just took delivery of my 2021 and the heated drivers and passenger heated seats don’t work. The weird thing is the rear heated work and the front vented work. The lights come when the button is pushed but no heat. Any thoughts?

Either they didn't get the wire connected or maybe a fuse, either way I would take it back till they fixed the issue.

Im going tomorrow morning to have them look at it. Thought hopefully there was a garage fix that was easy
