2024 F150 Tremor
A couple of days ago I pulled the trigger on the Eibach Stage 2R E86-35-035-02-22 kit for my 24 Tremor. Been doing a lot of reading and this seems to be what I am after to eliminate the rake and help the suspension somewhat but now I have concerns. I wanted to go Fox but they don't have anything that will work with the Tremors and I am totally against spacer levels so that is not an option. I am overall very happy with the way the truck rides for the most part however I do feel as if it takes potholes a little hard and the back end likes to wash out on the forest roads here. I'm pretty sure that the Eibachs will help with both but I don't want to give up all the cushiness of the truck. So with that being said how much of the cush am I going to lose?

I’m going to get mine installed soon.

How much are you taking it off road? What terrain?

I was hesitant at first , I was looking to improve the on pavement ride. Especially when encountering potholes as you mentioned. I was surprised and very impressed with the ride improvement.. If you're looking to improve the on pavement ride , I would recommend the Eibach setup without hesitation. My Tremor had 38000 miles when I installed them, not sure if the improvement I experienced will be as pronounced for you that remains to be seen , depending on the miles on your Tremor. I doubt you'll be disappointed.

Have only been offroad 2x with this truck so far but suspect that that is going to change. I'm in AZ so it's a lot of desert terrain/forest service roads.

I've only got 5k on the truck so far so I'm not dealing with a worn suspension. I guess this will be a good test of basically new oem shock/struts vs the Eibachs. I'm not doing anything else to the truck right now so there won't be any other influences that affect the outcome.

I feel like you don’t really lose any comfort, you gain stability and better feel on the road and bumps are absorbed without a harsh kit back. I don’t have much time on the stage 2 but as of now nothing negative to report only positive. Best way I can describe it the oe compression ratio goes from soft to harsh while the eibach goes through the proper progression of soft to midrange compression and then firm as you go through the stroke of shock.
We are all new with running this kit on 150s but a lot people with the Broncos have been using eibach for quite awhile with great reviews.

I installed the rear resi shocks back in sept. Had to pull them off 2 weeks ago after an exhaustive search to find a rattle over low speed bumps. Ended up being the rear shock(s). Put the OEM back on and the rattle went away. Nothing was loose, this is internal to the shock. I waited about a week to get a RMA tag from eibach and just sent them back this week for eval. We'll see what they say.

My rig had 31k on it when swapped (put about 1000 miles on them) and I did notice a difference. The rear was more controlled over rough road and body roll was reduced as well. Still a good ride. Contemplated getting the coilovers but eibach says they are supported on the tremor model..

I'm now waiting for the revised version (longer length and softer coils) of 2.0 elka/halo coilovers and rears to land. Give them a try.

I had the same exact kit installed on mine about a month ago at Eibach. I'm very happy with the results over the stock set up. Immediately remedied the rear end jumping around over bumps. Raised the front end 2 1/4". Still have 1 1/2" rake which is fine with me on an empty bed. I think you will be happy with your decision.

Couldn’t agree more
I was very nervous as usually I’m a sucker for getting the most expensive option. Best money I’ve spent on my truck and it didn’t break the bank…

Did your kit check me with the fronts raised all the way up? Did you come them all the up or did you lower any??

Eibach did the installation. It looks like is all the way up. Can't tell for sure as the spring is in the way.
It’s based off of the measurement of threads showing on the shock body but they are supposed to be set at highest point from manufacture. If your not sure measure and ask eibach what it should be measuring at

I'm guessing they used your truck to verify compatibility for Tremors? They only recently (i.e., within days) noted the front shocks as being OK for Tremors.

Yes. I had been looking at this set up but it wasn't cleared for Tremors. I called them to see what the story was. They hadn't been tested on 2024's yet. He told me I could fill out a form for my truck to be used. I emailed it back and about a month later they contacted me. Real good guys and they are working on new products.

Nice work. Some of us were wondering if they'd leave us hanging with no warranty otherwise.

Just got mine installed today. Notes:

The stance is PERFECT for me

. I wanted some rake and don’t want to max out coilovers. I don’t even feel the need to jump to 35s right now it looks so good.

You feel a bit more small bump in seat and steering wheel, so good and bad.

Body roll is way less. Feel much more accurate when turning.

CV axles and UCAs look very comfy. Can wait to go off road :)

Looks great
I have about 2- 3 weeks on mine now. Love it, no regret on getting something else. Bang for the buck this is the kit to buy.

Of course you “can” wait to go off road but will you. 🤣
I couldn’t resist.

I totally agree with Calbot on this Eibach setup. More than satisfied with mine, seems Eibach did their homework and the price is more than competitive with the other brands out there.
