How does the front License Plate Bracket attach?

I ordered from Granger in Iowa so my truck will come with a front license plate bracket. Front plates are not required in my state, North Carolina, so that will be removed immediately. For those who have taken delivery, is the front bracket screwed in or does it just snap in somehow?

Granger doesn't install it, mine was in the backseat. Chip doesn't put it on if your state doesn't require it. Either way it just clips in and has two screws, very basic.

It's a snap on but it won't be attached. Mine was just lying in the back seat when my truck showed up. Legally in Texas you are required to have a front plate but I'm not running one at the moment. If you look at the cars on the road about 35%-40% don't have them and I've never seen or heard of anybody being pulled over for it. They sure are ugly!

Here you go. Not the cheapest solution, but it was in stock and seemed well built. There have been no issues with it.
