I'm not sure that heat shield is what I would be concerned about..

Does it look like the exhaust flange clasp is rubbing the axle?

I see now why we're all getting new axles for 22.

May as well tell your dealer to order you a new drive shaft.

Ford Recalls 184,000 F-150 Driveshafts!!

There is a recall on that. My Tremor had the same and dealership replaced the driveshaft. No issues after that. Need to get to your dealership ASAP. It takes awhile to get the parts.
