I'm in process of planning my intercooler relocation and thought I would put the information here as it comes in.
Currently the below vendors have 2021 compatible intercoolers (most currently with caveats).
Full Race - currently, BoV needs to be turned ~180 from factory and requires supersonic BoV (otherwise known as superloud)
Cobb Tuning
AFe as addictivedesertdesign.com

I spoke with Full Race about their intercooler relocation. They may be interested in someone local to the Phoenix area stopping by so they can work on the redesign of their relocation kit to support winch mounts. Currently, the BoV on a down tube would need to be moved on one of the tubes and the supersonic BoV would need to be used. For me, I don't want to hear a loud whistle every time I let off the gas.

I know there's several on here within a couple of hours of Phoenix, keep in mind most of these companies will do the work for free or at least greatly discounted because it gives them the opportunity to make products for others as well.

Cobb Tuning was super helpful. While they didn't have anything, yet. They did confirm that 21+ had some minor changes that were needed for their kit but no ETA as of yet.

Any thoughts on the Cv Fab intercooler? pretty popular with the 13th gen F150s and according to their site, it is compatible with the 2021+ Ecoboost. Pretty attractive price point also.

No idea on that. If youre looking for performance, it seems almost anything would be better than the stock. Everything I'm looking for is about relocating the exchanger so we can put a winch in our front bumper.

I currently have the CVF intercooler on my tuned 2019 Raptor. It has been great for me with a definite noticeable drop in IATs. I spoke with CVF not too long ago to see if they had done testing of their current intercooler with the 14th Gen F150s and they were very helpful and got back to me within 2-3 hrs on a Sunday evening to my surprise. They mentioned that someone had done the test fitting and did a write up. Everything worked with a slight modification. The boot that comes with the CVF unit needs to be trimmed a couple of inches and an aluminum male coupling adaptor is needed to extend it. I know that sounds confusing as I was at first. The pictures they sent me were helpful and made sense after that. Below is what she sent me along with the pictures. I'd credit the individual but I don't know who did the write up and took the time to figure it out. The only thing that confuses me is why they needed to cut the CVF boot in the first place. The stock boot in the third pic normally gets removed and the CVF boot connects in it's place. I'm guessing there has to be a slight length difference.

Hey Chris! We’ve actually had some reports back.

If you take the lower coupler and make a slight adjustment (pics and excerpt below) then you should be good to go connection it to a 21+ F-150.

If you have any other questions please let me know!

Finally got around to getting the CVF to work with my 2021 3.5 F150. I cut 5.5 inches off the long end of the rubber coupling that comes with the cvf and used a 4" length 3.25"OD adapter to connect the piping together. 4" seemed a bit long and probably would have been fine with a 2". The rest of the install is exactly the same as the previous gen 3.5s. Attached a few pics.

Awesome... Yeah, that is what i saw in the notes.... This is my next upgrade and was waiting to see what tune options come available. Hoping that Cobb, SCT or HP will be jumping in with some options soon.
