Installed a pair of KC ERA4s on A-pillars today. A shout out to Robert from the KC sales team, who insisted I call him after the lights arrived so he can walk me through the install process. I was very pleased with the results. The harness had to be modified slightly to use our upfitter switches, the modifications made the install much simpler tbh. Day time photos to follow once the sun comes up.

Where did you get them?

I had bought a set off Amazon which stated they worked for the 2022. With the antenna position, not the case. Here's the difference.

Glad they work for you too!
Thanks! Have you noticed any light pod vibrations? My lights are about 5" wide and 2.7lb. Theyre both equally tight. The passenger light and the antenna sits against eachother and shows no vibration. The driver side however will shake a bit when going over bumps

I have the same thing going on, figured it was my out of balance tires lol!

Not sure if its a cheap mount you have or not. But SDHQ makes one that mounts in two locations that's solid. Expensive and a pain to mount but solid.

I think it comes down to the mount we used being intended for 3" light pods and I went ahead and installed a 5" one. I was also looking at this thing that is heavier duty and uses a 2 bolt configuration. Wonder if you're referring to the same one?

I have 3" rigid lights, idk why the drivers side vibrates at times. My left front tire is out of balance.

Hm I kinda figures the passenger side wasnt shaking cause the light and the factory antenna are leaning on eachother slightly. My driver side light is the only one that does shake, but only when going over rough patches on the road or bumps. My front left tire hasnt been touched from the factory tho.

I used Grim Offroad's 2021 f150 brackets that was recommended by @BDE, they worked out great.
Hey madeinchina.
I have the same KC lights and the same brackets.
I have been really frustrated with the amount of movement during normal conditions on my driver side mount. On the freeway the light can wiggle quite a bit just under normal driving on flat roads. I have tried a few different ways to attempt to dampen the wiggle to no avail. The passenger side seems solid, the driver side waggles like crazy. They are both properly tightened and there doesn't seem to be anything wrong with the mounts or where they mount on my Ford.
I think it has to do with the driver side A pillar at this point, but TBH I'm really not sure if its the mount or the Ford.
Do you see any excessive wiggle on the lights from either side?

I have the same wiggle on the drivers side, 3" rigid pods. Considering some type of dampening.

You described exactly what I see. Passenger side light is completely stable. The light and the antenna kind of leans against each other but not tightly. Driver side wiggles like a bobble head doll. I was curious if the passenger side would start to wiggle if I unscrew the antenna.

I ordered some heavy duty mounts from SPV that bolt into the truck on two locations instead of the one used by the standard duty mount. Hopefully I'll get the opportunity to swap them in at some point this weekend.

I guess I need to read the whole thread before I ask questions. Sorry about the repeat!
