What have you guys done to lift and level. Looking for actual suspension not a spacer level. And something ths looks good on stock, but able to rock larger wheels later.

Any of the popular coil over kits will do what you’re looking for but with most suspension products, it all comes down to how much you want to spend.

Bilstein, Eibach, Fox, RadFlo, ICON….all of these companies will have what you’re looking for at various price levels.

Happy shopping.

What are most having best luck with. Im not one for modifying much and like to buy once. Cry once.

Also. Should I let Ford do it to calibrate sensors?

Most are happy with their choice of kit and most have brand preferences.
I’m a Bilstein guy and I’ve been very happy with the 6112’s and 5100’s but I’m going to upgrade to the 8112’s and 8100’s.
Also, unless your Ford dealership of choice sells aftermarket coil over kits, no Ford dealership will install said kit for you. Yes, there are always exceptions but it’s very rare.
I didn’t need any type of sensor recalibration with my Bilstein setup so I can’t speak on other brands.

I’m sure others will chime in to answer your question.

Thanks man. Was thinking about icon or Eibach.

I went with the 3 inch pre- loaded shocks from Rough Country. Truck is level . The ride is better for me but everyone has there preference. I wil tell you one thing for sure the original springs are not easy to remove. Put on you big boy pants. Lol

Escape Hatch, who’s a member on here has an ICON setup so you might want to hit him up or perhaps he’ll reply.
From what I’ve heard from him, he’s been very happy with his ICON setup.
Also, there are a number of members on here with the Eibach setup so perhaps they’ll reply as well.

I’m one of the Eibach guys and I’ve been very pleased with mine. Mine at the factory setting brought the front up exactly 2” which still leaves me with 1.75-2” of rake on my 23. But I was also admittedly on a budget, so if you’re in the buy once/cry once camp I’d say consider your use case. If general mild improvement over stock while lifting the front a couple inches is the goal I think the Eibach or Bilstein 6112/5160 combo are the best bang for your buck. They improve on and off-road feel and handling but they do have their limitations. There are better, more expensive options out there if you get after it out in the desert more often.

Limited off road use honestly. Just tired of looking at my truck as if it were wearing high heels. Lol

Welcome Netranger, happy to have you. Seems Camdenn has you sorted on options. As stated, I have Icon's stage 3 kit with the billet UCA and have been happy. I did not option for greater adjustability found in the more expensive kits as I would rather install and forget about it. I have roughly 19k miles on the shocks and they have been great, no complaints.

I have the Eibach 2R. It won't get you "level," but many prefer a little rake for load handling anyway. 2.0" shocks will be doing some work if you plan on 35s in the future, but fine for on-road or mild off-road.

If I was shopping now I'd hold out for the 2.5" Eibach 3R just announced. If the price holds under $2,500 for the set, I think that's the way to go.
