Levelling kit advice

So I just bought this 3” ready lift kit and wondering is it a good idea to also buy these Fox Snap Ring shocks to add to the kit?

Ya I have seen this before. So here is my deal I need 3” of lift for right now. My truck is brand new 1000km on it my plan is to do a 4” or 6” lift on it but I don’t want to cut the factory cross member on a new truck with 1000km so I was going to do the ready lift 3” kit for now and then once I get some km on the truck I will do an actual lift kit to it.
